This is the first batch of music I have put out in a few years. Most of it was made in my apartment in Parc Ex, Montreal. Some was made in British Columbia (Qualicum Beach and Vancouver). Some was made while in transit (on a plane, ferry or van).

Climbing Out is to emerge from the protective shell that I have kept surrounding me. It is something that I am still working on and probably always will be. Becoming more open and honest. To not be as reliant on the comfort of isolation. To embrace imperfections. To be more trusting.

Though I still have ongoing battles with mental struggles, as many do, the ups and downs in my life that are associated with the making of these songs are ones that I look back on in the rear view mirror. This music feels overdue to be released. It is exciting to put it out to the world! Hope you enjoy!
